Ho votato 1 per lo stesso motivo di Axel.
Propongo le mie valutazioni basandomi sulle considerazioni di Enrico, che sono condivise da altri amici del forum.
GplRank non e' affidabile: si basa sul singolo giro veloce eseguito in assetto molto estremo, le prestazioni in gara sono un' altra cosa.
A Spa sarebbe andato in fuga solo Marco (non io) per via della sua particolare velocita' su questo circuito, e, tirando come sa fare, difficilmente avrebbe finito la gara senza rompere il motore; in tre quarti d' ora emerge l' affidabilita' dei mezzi, Lola e Chaparral sono a rischio rottura sui circuiti ad alta velocita' e bisogna girare piu' lenti per vedere il traguardo con queste auto (il che vanifica il calcolo delle prestazioni basato sul PB o su GplRank).
I nuovi piloti non sarebbero affatto penalizzati, anzi potrebbero scegliere l' auto che desiderano senza limitazioni (non essendo ancora entrati in classifica): chi ha gia' ottenuto punti verrebbe rallentato con l' handicap benzina in proporzione agli stessi punti conseguiti.

I voted 1 for the same reason of Axel.
I base my opinion on the considerations of Enrico, which are shared by other friends of the forum.
GplRank is not reliable: it is based on the single-lap run in very extreme setup, but performance in race are different thing.
At Spa only Mark (not me) would escape because of its particular speed on this track, but pulling as he can do, it could hardly have finished the race without break the engine; in three quarters of hour is emerging the reliability of cars, Lola and Chaparral are at risk for failure on high-speed circuits and you have to run several slow to see the finish line with these cars (which defeats the calculation of handicap based on the PB or GplRank).
The new drivers are not penalized at all, could indeed choose the car they want without restrictions (they are not yet entered in the standings): those who have points would be slowed down with the handicap fuel in proportion to the same points achieved.

Anche perchè non mi sembra giusto penalizzare chi và più lento con un handicap assegnato a priori alla macchina...
